Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. Dutyfreeshoppe.in understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us in our website.
We offer FREE Shipping (specified on the Product detail page) on selected products ordered through www.dutyfreeshoppe.in
Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3-5 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 10 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers.
We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies like Blue dart,DTDC,Fedex,Professional couriers,Overnite express,first flight,speed post etc.
While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or contact us through Customer care tab , mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.Plz note that once you accept the delivery with tampered seal, we shall not entertain any request for refund/return or exchange.Products damaged during transit & delivery is not accepted for return/refund or exchange.

standard Delivery timeframe is not applicable for bulk orders.but maximum time taken for shipping is not more than 20 Days
Dutyfreeshoppe.in is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 72 hours from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Dutyfreeshoppe.in is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

Caution: Please check the Item while taking the delivery from our Courier Company. In case of any discrepancy or damage, the packet must not be accepted and returned by mentioning the reason for return on the Docket slip. In case of any other issue you may contact us on our Helpline Number.
RTO: Return To Origin
Incase your package returns (RTO) for the following reason:
1. Consignee address incorrect.
2. Consignee phone incorrect.
3. Consignee not available. ( Three (3) attempts of delivery will be made by our courier company)
2 way shipping cost + 10% stocking fee will be charged for redelivery of the package. In case of cancelations occurring through RTO (Return To Origin) 2 way shipping cost + 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
